Returns:
In rare cases where Bulk Tableware is at fault of a shipping error (wrong location, broken package, etc.), Bulk Tableware will accept returns with a 15% restocking fee. However, for all other circumstances there will be no returns after 15 days from the delivered date. Simply deciding that you no longer want your package after it has arrived as scheduled does not qualify for a refund.
Process time:
Because we work in bulk, once your order is placed it takes about 2-3 business days for Bulk Tableware to get the order ready and processed for shipping. To estimate when you'll receive your order, refer to the map (above) and add 2-3 business days for processing. Always remember to contact us before you order if you have any questions about the process!
